The book of Proverbs is chock full of writings about wisdom. It's also full of words and analogies that we might struggle to understand today. Just because we may not understand the language as easily does not mean the book of Proverbs no longer has wisdom to offer. On the contrary, we need the wisdom advocated in Proverbs now more than ever.
